the detailed process of comparing the prices charged by your vendor
against the prices that should have been charged. Chartwell can
review past office products bills or we can review your future bills.
Sadly, most bills that we review are incorrect.
With detailed reports in-hand, we work with
your office products vendor(s) to obtain a refund or credit for any
amounts overcharged.
Most of our new clients want Chartwell to
review their office products bills for the prior 24-month period as there
is minimal time investment for the client and Chartwell's fee is
contingent upon the receipt of a refund/credit.
